Delivery

Our managers are always ready to respond to You, and the goods - irrespective of a region - will arrive to the buyer in the shortest possible time! For Your convenience we make deliveries of the goods across Riga, and also to other cities of Latvia.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Term of delivery is 1 week – the goods from our warehouse are delivered to a place within 7 working days. In some exceptional cases the term of delivery can be 10 days, i.e. the client receives the goods a week after the registration of the order.
Term of delivery is 2 weeks - this rough term of delivery is applicable to the goods which we order directly from the manufacturer. The goods are usually delivered to a place within 21 days.
Term of delivery is 3 - 4 weeks – the term of delivery is prolonged for 1 month due to Christmas and the New Year's holidays and also in the event that the manufacturer has informed us about downtime in the manufacturing plan.

DELIVERY OF GOODS TO THE CLIENT

Prior to confirmation of the order we shall contact You to specify the cost, type of payment and term of delivery of the goods that You have purchased.

Delivery of the goods is made all around Latvia, Europe, and on other countries.
Cost of delivery across Riga and the surrounding areas within 10 km is 5.00 Ls or 10-15.00 Ls (depending on the size of a cargo). If the order costs more than 500.00 Ls, the delivery is FREE OF CHARGE (delivered to the entrance, the gates of a house).
Cost of delivery across Latvia, or in other states is based on the data about the place of Your residence. Delivery outside Latvia is carried out according to the tariffs of international trucking companies. Delivery of the goods at the doors of Your apartment is 1.50 Ls per floor.
Delivery payment is added to the cost of the contract. You can pay for delivery in cash or transfer (for more details see the part "payment").
Our forwarding agent delivers the goods in the arranged time to the nearest point of delivery where a car can drive up.
The goods are delivered to a place within 1 – 2 hours.

Shall there be any unforeseen circumstances which cause a delay of the terms of the goods delivery to a warehouse and to a delivery place, we shall definitely inform You by phone or e-mail.
